Departments

  1. Media and Marketing: This department is responsible for promoting affiliated brands and developing marketing strategies to attract strategic clients, customers, and partners.

  2. Business Development: This department is responsible for discerning opportunities with potential clients, establishing relationships, and closing deals that make sense for all involved. Our bus. dev team also works closely with our marketing department to create and execute impact/awareness campaigns proven most valuable to the types of partners we attract, understand, and serve best.

  3. Construction: Along with our engineers, project managers, GC’s, MEP pros, architects, and designers- Our builder partners oversee the physical development of all of our commercial projects. They manage the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time and under budget and most importantly with a keen eye for detail and quality.

  4. Research and Development (R&D): Our R&D team is responsible for identifying new trends, technologies, concepts, and techniques in engineering, construction, architectural design, robotics, finance, law, and more. They help us conduct and discern market research to help the company make informed investment decisions at every level.

  5. Human Resources: The human resources department is responsible for recruiting and hiring new employees, managing benefits and compensation, and developing employee training and development programs.

  6. Finance: The finance department is responsible for managing the company's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. They also oversee investor relations and manage the company's investment portfolio among partner portfolios we also manage and grow for our partners.

  7. Legal: The legal department provides legal advice and support to the company as well as partners and clients within our organization. They ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations and handle any legal disputes or issues that arise.

  8. Operations: The operations department is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company, including logistics, supply chain management, and project oversight. Working in tandem with our underwriting department, operations is acutely aware of capacity and allocation as we scale, merge and acquire neighboring segments within our portfolio. Our directors execute leveraging talent for various administrative responsibilities that keep our organization healthy and productive. They also work closely with other departments to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
