As an incentive for Universal artists to take part in this program and offset any production costs, FB has agreed to pay $12.6k in exchange for this exclusive content on platform which will flow back to the artist/partner as license income as outlined in artist agreement (should we accept these terms). FB will only process this entire payment if all the reels are completed, meaning all 36 reels must be posted within the 90 day timeframe (there are no partial payments for this program).
