We are excited to share some updates on our new projects currently in development. Our team has made incredible progress finding a few lucrative off-market industrial projects. This next phase of development includes flex buildings ranging from 5-10ksf per space with the remaining half of the site as dry/climate controlled storage. This is so we can sell to a public storage type client for recouping liquidity from the project retaining half of the site in perpetuity as cash flowing industrial park that historically features a 4-5% vacancy.

This will provide attractive returns for our limited partners, and fund our phase 2 syndication (off-market raw land development with highway frontage to support the VPD required on class a mixed use-office, flex, retail, multi fam, coffee shop, and big box fitness club which drives upscale living, walkability, sales tax, and infrastructure to support a growing and healthy family friendly type of community).

We currently have $40M in active construction sites, $150M in the pipeline through 2026, and are representing Privested Academy for the completion of a large consolidation of 5 locations into one premier campus complete with the finest of amenities for the students to be all they can be in Christ as well as on and off the athletic fields of the Five-Star Sports Complex in the Colony.

These projects will provide dozens of new jobs for individuals from all walks of life as well as premiere academics, fitness, merit-based sponsorships, innovation, and wellness for all involved. Our team is also designing some of the most gorgeous townhomes and elderly active communities to address further housing constraints while tending to our elderly with dignity and excellence. Our housing solutions are scheduled for completion by 2028. We are confident that these will be vital additions to the communities they serve.

At our firm, we believe in giving back and helping the next generation. This way we’re educating the masses while at the same time inspiring future generations with content as to how best we can approach alleviating poverty, stagnancy, and rising to the standards of excellence needed to tend to our vulnerable in ways that both empower and equip our counterparts to do the same for their neighbors.

Accessing this section of our population promotes upward mobility by leveraging the drive and determination that often comes from neglect to prove that one is worth their weight in salt. With a little resilience we all can be excellent, but we have to film in and share it with the masses in a ay that’s sexy, inspiring, and brings hope to the hopeless.
